Ishikawa Sake Brewery
Established in 1863, Ishikawa Sake Brewery is a distinguished sake maker that brews beer besides sake. There are many Kura buildings, which are traditional storehouses in Japan and used as brewing facilities by Sake breweries. Those buildings were built during the 19th and 20th century
and nationally registered a cultural heritage.
All of their products are made using natural ingredients found only in Tama region of Tokyo.
Inside the KURA buildings, you will see the beauty of traditional Japanese architecture that has been maintained since it was ﬁrst built.
