Hidden Gem in Tokyo -Old residential house of Kobayashi-

There’s one old house built in the early 18th century with a thatched roof on a mountain.

A small monorail takes us to this historical architecture located 750 m above sea level. This vehicle slowly goes up on a steep slope and it’s so exciting.

At the top of the ridge, azaleas bloom in bright pink and a festival is held in spring. You will see the inside of the important cultural property and a life style of those days.
